Ford McCoy Waters III
Owner & Technical DirectorBlacksmith, music enthusiast, and a cornucopia of useless trivia. Ford has four degrees and deep experience in management, construction, and design. He learned and started welding aluminum in the family business, and has continued his love of intricate metal and wood work in challenging materials for the last 27 years.
Hillary M. Waters
RID, NCIDQ, LEED AP Owner & Creative DirectorWith 18+ years of experience as a licensed commercial interior designer and a degree from LSU, Hillary is LEED AP certified and has worked with a list of clients including Chevron, UTMB Galveston, and Baylor College of Medicine. She has designed corporate offices and entire hospitals, and in the process, gained extensive real-world experience managing and planning for projects on both small and large production scales.

Founded in 2012, FMW|FabLab has grown from a backyard shop to a design-build practice capable of producing the most challenging of projects, and full line of custom furniture. We’ve found our niche in artful, modern, multi-material projects for a range of visionary clients from residential to commercial, small and large.
