Ford’s diverse background and lifelong love for learning have shaped his career. He holds degrees in Automotive Technology, Psychology, Criminology, and English Literature. His journey began in his family’s business, where he started metalworking at a young age and also apprenticed as a blacksmith. Throughout his formative years, he honed his leadership abilities, initially gaining valuable experience working on an offshore drilling rig, and subsequently solidifying his skills in a managerial role within the construction industry. Ford’s ability to blend engineering precision with artistic vision allows him to lead our team through intricate projects using a variety of materials.

Hillary, a highly experienced and accomplished registered interior designer, brings almost three decades of experience to the table. Since graduating from Louisiana State University (LSU) in 1998, she has made significant contributions to the field, initially focusing on the design of corporate and healthcare spaces within the global market. Her career includes valuable experience with renowned international firms such as HOK and HDR. In addition to her design work, Hillary is actively involved in the industry, serving as the dedicated Associates Co-Chair for the International Interior Design Association (IIDA). Furthermore, she maintains her commitment to sustainable design practices, holding LEED Accreditation, which reflects her dedication to environmentally conscious design solutions.
