This LEED project centered on the innovative reuse of existing bamboo wood, sourced directly from within the building, to craft distinctive wayfinding feature walls in each of the elevator lobbies.
Managed the meticulous removal, palletization, and transportation to our fabrication facility for specialized milling of the existing bamboo panels.
Concurrently worked with HOK to jointly engineer and design the wall patterns.
Fabricated the aluminum numbers, a key element of this project.
Developed a concealed "snap-on" hardware system to ensure a seamless aesthetic, streamlined installation, and simplified long-term maintenance and repair of the feature walls.
Finalized the installation with vibrant moss pod accents, blending reclaimed wood and metal with natural elements.
